Return & Exchange

  • ELIGIBILITY

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


  • EXCHANGES

    • Free size exchanges within Australia — you cover the return postage, and we’ll ship the replacement at no cost.
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.



  • REFUND

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.



  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    • Items marked Final Sale or heavily discounted.
    • Socks (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.

  • FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
